The Select Goods ships everywhere in the Continental US.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process it for delivery.

We ship with both UPS (UPS Mail Innovations) and USPS, depending on which will be best for your address. You may notice it starts out with UPS, but may transfer to USPS. That should be reflected in the tracking information, and may even show no activity during the transfer process. We apologize for any confusion.

Allow 3 to 5 business day to process your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number once your order ships. Example: If you were to order on a Friday, and we process your order to ship on the following Friday, your tracking information will then be emailed at that time. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with additional information.

Once it's been submitted, we don't have the ability to edit an order. We can cancel your order if you'd like to place another one. However, please know that some items may have gone out of stock in the meantime, so there's a possibility that items won't be available when you re-order. We may not be able to catch it in time! If that's the case, don't fret! Just put "Return to Sender" on the package and as soon as we receive it we will issue a refund.

One final note: When you submit an a return, the item you want may be out of stock, or even out of print, so you may be asked to choose another item of similar price. **Returns must be made within 7 days days. You pay for return shipping if you’re returning any items

If you made a mistake on your address we are happy to help you change it, if we can catch it before it is assigned a tracking number. Once our shipping team has processed an order, we are unable to make any changes to the address. If the postal service is unable to deliver it, it'll come right back to our warehouse. Once we receive it, our shipping department will take a look at your ticket and reship it to your updated address.
